Навчально-наукова структура Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism

The Faculty of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism brings together academic departments and research and educational units covering geography, geology, cartography, geoinformatics, regional studies, recreation, and tourism. Its educational programmes include such modern fields as territorial geobranding, regional development, geographic information systems, remote sensing, petroleum geology, and environmental management.

The Faculty offers Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programmes, combining fundamental education with practical research into territories, natural resources, and socio-economic processes. Students develop skills in modern geographic and geoinformation technologies, participate in research and practical projects, and may begin working in their professional fields as early as their third year of study. 

Graduates can pursue careers in geological, geographical, geoinformation, environmental, cartographic and surveying, tourism, and conservation organizations, as well as research institutions, government agencies, and educational establishments. Their professional skills also provide opportunities in spatial planning, regional development, GIS, tourism, and natural resource management.
