Ukrainian Language and Literature; Literary Editing is a professionally oriented educational program of a combined type, designed to achieve an optimal balance between applied and theoretical components. Within this program, students gain in-depth knowledge of Ukrainian language and literature, as well as the principles of literary editing and proofreading, copywriting, the fundamentals of publishing, and related fields. The multidisciplinary nature of the program meets the demands of the modern labor market and provides opportunities for further study at the master’s level.

The program is professionally oriented and aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in today’s labor market. Its goal is to prepare competent specialists in the field of modern philology. It provides a solid academic foundation for continuing studies at the master’s level and conducting applied research. As part of the program, students study the specifics of literary editing and text revision.

Teaching practice is conducted in secondary schools, gymnasiums, and lyceums of the city. The educational program includes:

  • intensive learning, with classes based on the active involvement of students in the educational process;
  • a practice-oriented approach, using real-life examples and professional case studies;
  • the application of innovative educational technologies.

Document on Previous Level of Education Obtained and Entrance Examinations for International Applicants:

  1. Examination in the language of instruction (Ukrainian or English language);
  2. Mathematics examination;
  3. World History examination;
  4. Foreign language examination (English, German, French, Spanish).
