The purpose of the educational program is to form the necessary competencies of an entrepreneur and a proactive manager of a new type, capable of creating and developing a business in a dynamic and unpredictable changing situation.

The Business Management program is aimed at ensuring the formation and development of entrepreneurial and managerial competencies necessary for successful work in managerial positions in modern organizations of any level and for effective entrepreneurship.

The competitive advantage of the educational program is the formation of a high level of professional competencies in higher education applicants that are necessary for the implementation of general management functions of enterprises, institutions, organizations (making operational decisions, functional and information-analytical preparation of project solutions, operational and strategic management of organizations and individual units, management of subordinates).

Special attention is paid to changing the format of strategic management and leadership parameters, developing meta-competences of creative and systemic thinking, emotional intelligence, effective communications. A feature of the program is the completion of simulation practice, which is experimental in nature, and pre-graduate practice in leading institutions and organizations.
