Training program

The Biophysics Master's degree program is designed to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of applying modern principles and methods of physics to the study of biological systems and medical technologies. The curriculum combines a strong foundation in physics with advanced studies in biophysics, molecular biology, biomedical technologies, and computer modeling.

The program is focused on developing research competencies and equipping students with the skills required to conduct scientific research and implement innovative technologies in biology and medicine. Graduates are well prepared for careers in research institutions, biotechnology and medical companies, as well as for further academic and scientific development through doctoral (PhD) studies.

The program provides advanced training in modern biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics, genetics, biotechnology, radiation biophysics, and medical diagnostic methods. Particular emphasis is placed on the mathematical and computer modeling of biological processes, hands-on experience with advanced laboratory equipment, and participation in scientific research projects.

The curriculum develops students' ability to analyze complex biophysical systems, design innovative research methods, and apply physical principles to address current challenges in biology and medicine. Graduates acquire the competencies required for successful careers in biomedicine, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical physics, and scientific research.

Previous educational qualification required: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.

Entrance examinations for international applicants:

  1. Language of instruction examination (Ukrainian or English language);
  2. Professional entrance examination in the chosen field of study.
