Astronomy and Space Informatics (educational and research program)

The program is based on the latest achievements in experimental and theoretical physics and astrophysics. It focuses students on current research areas in modern astrophysics, enabling them to specialize in their chosen fields during their studies at the second level of higher education and preparing them for further study at the third level or for professional careers as researchers or lecturers at higher education institutions.

The program places particular emphasis on scientific research, obtaining original research results, processing large datasets, and presenting research findings in contemporary scientific publications. It provides a strong foundation for further study at the third (educational and research) level of higher education.

The program also offers opportunities for academic exchange and mobility with foreign higher education institutions and research organizations, allowing students to develop the professional competencies, knowledge, and practical skills necessary for successful careers in astrophysics and related fields.

The aim of the program is to provide specialized education for professionals capable of solving complex tasks and problems in physics, astrophysics, and physics teaching methodology, as well as working with large volumes of information and data in their professional activities at various types of research institutions and higher education institutions, or during further study at the third (educational and research) level of higher education.

The program prepares specialists to conduct research and/or implement innovations in conditions characterized by uncertainty and evolving requirements, while developing the advanced analytical, research, and professional competencies required in modern science and education.
