The program provides the acquisition of basic knowledge and skills in the field of modern technologies for data analysis and processing, mathematical and computer modeling, optimal control, mathematical statistics, and related areas. Students are offered a variety of elective courses, including data analysis, machine learning, image processing, symbolic computation, biomathematics, and modern information technologies.
Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to select an appropriate mathematical apparatus, use theoretical concepts and facts to construct mathematical models of specific processes or objects; formulate and prove new theoretical statements, draw conclusions, and verify the correctness and validity of reasoning; apply appropriate methods for developing and verifying applied software, choose suitable programming languages and software packages for software development; and investigate the limits of applicability of the obtained results.
Previous educational qualification required: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
