Students enrolled in this program receive training in two complementary areas: psychological and pedagogical education and specialized professional training.
Graduates who earn a Master’s degree develop the following key competencies:
Research competencies — the ability to conduct research in their professional field and apply research methods to address relevant scientific and practical challenges.
Teaching and pedagogical competencies — knowledge of the theory and methods of teaching, the ability to implement innovative educational technologies, and practical experience in independent instructional design.
Engineering and design competencies — the ability to apply specialized knowledge and develop new solutions related to the design, construction, and operation of automotive transport enterprises.
Production and service competencies — advanced knowledge of production processes, vehicle maintenance and servicing, as well as the organization of safe and efficient vehicle operation.
Graduates who earn a Master’s degree in “Vocational Education (Transport)” can pursue professional careers in education, research, engineering, and management.
They may perform:
Academic, teaching, methodological, and educational activities at educational institutions of different levels, working as teachers of general technical and specialized subjects related to automotive operation, vehicle repair, and mechanical engineering.
Organizational and managerial activities in vocational education institutions, including positions such as director or deputy director for educational and pedagogical affairs, as well as teaching and educational-methodological positions.
Research, operational, technological, organizational, and managerial activities in research and design organizations, automotive transport and repair enterprises, vehicle maintenance companies, and automotive sales firms. Possible positions include researcher, chief engineer, head of a technical department, mechanical engineer specializing in vehicle operation or maintenance, process engineer, and automotive transport operations engineer.
Vocational training and instructional activities in technical training departments, including positions as vocational training teachers or instructors.
Previous educational
