The Master’s-level educational program “Electric Power Plants, Networks and Systems” is aimed at training highly qualified energy sector professionals capable of solving complex engineering and technical problems under uncertain initial conditions and ensuring the reliable and resilient operation of critical energy infrastructure facilities and systems.
The program follows a subject-oriented approach to learning, taking into account students’ specific scientific and technical interests. It develops practical skills in scientific and technical analysis of complex problems and the development of effective solutions.
An individual educational pathway is supported through a range of elective courses and subject-oriented learning based on practical case studies incorporated into compulsory courses, practical training, and diploma project work. This approach enables students to apply their knowledge to real-world engineering challenges and develop specialized professional competencies.
The Master’s-level educational program “Electric Power Plants, Networks and Systems” enables students to develop advanced skills in project management, operation, and research in the energy sector, including:
conducting a thorough analysis of scientific and technical problems in electrical engineering;
developing methodologies for solving complex engineering problems;
creating models of facilities and processes in power plants, electrical networks, and power supply systems;
implementing original scientific and technical solutions in industrial practice;
planning and conducting experimental research;
mastering cutting-edge energy technologies in electrical engineering and related fields;
participating in international scientific and technical activities;
identifying sources of funding and resource support for research and development projects;
managing energy projects;

Previous educational
